These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Project Fit, a brand of Cultured Concepts LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Fitment and safe installation
Wheel spacers and lug bolts are safety-critical parts. Fitment information on this site comes from industry vehicle data and is provided as guidance — please confirm your vehicle’s bolt pattern, center bore, thread size and seat type before installing, and contact us if you are unsure.
- Installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.
- Use the correct lug bolts for your spacer thickness and wheel seat type, and torque to your vehicle manufacturer’s specification.
- Re-torque lug bolts after the first 50 miles and check them periodically.
- Spacers change your vehicle’s track width and may affect handling, clearance and wear; check local laws and inspection rules.
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, improper torque, or use on a vehicle the part was not listed for.
Orders, pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. Stock shown on the site comes from our warehouse system and is checked again when you pay, but errors can happen. Your order confirmation is not a guarantee that we can fill your order: if an item is unavailable or was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel all or part of the order and refund you in full.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not see or store your full card number.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping and returns policies are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.
Warranty
We will replace or refund any part that arrives defective or damaged — contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Except for that promise and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, products and this website are provided “as is”, without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Using this website
Text, photos, drawings, logos and the Project Fit name are owned by Cultured Concepts LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Please don’t misuse the site — for example by attempting to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with checkout.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, except where the law of the state you live in gives you the right to bring it there.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
